Janet has been the Managing Director of the arbitrage rebate practice since its inception with over 24 years managerial and consulting experience in public finance and governmental accounting. Janet's accomplishments include:

  • Nationally recognized pioneer and expert in Section 1.148(f), 1.150 of the arbitrage rebate regulations
  • Current member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers
  • Industry Pioneer and original member of the Congressional Committee responsible for the overhaul of 1986 regulations
  • Highly regarded and frequent speaker for agencies including the Internal Revenue Service, the Securities Exchange Commission, the National Association of Bond Lawyers and numerous government organizations
